How much does shipping cost?
All our products come with Free Insured Shipping!

How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered in South Africa to your doorstep in 5 to 10
working days (Monday - Friday) depending on product.

Where can I find my tracking code?
Tracking codes are sent to you via email. Once your order has
been shipped you will receive a notification from us.

I received the wrong order, now what?
If you received an incorrect order, please contact us

Once your order has begun processing through our delivery
department we are unable to make any changes (including
address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at

Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped,
you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will
receive an email with the tracking number when you order is
dispatched to the courier's sorting facility.

With some shipping companies, it can take several days for the
tracking information to updated on the system. If your order
was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no
information on your tracking number, kindly contact us.

Shipping time varies by country or region. Specific delivery
dates are not provided nor guaranteed. These are our
estimates for your reference:

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If
your tracking information states that your package was
delivered to your address and you have not received it, please
report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.


Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking
link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing
damage or return requests and we may not be able to honour
your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the
shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order.
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable
to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the
order has already been processed through our shipping
department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note

  • "Change of Mind" Return or Refund due to special import is not Valid.

  • Package must be in good condition (no ripped packaging, no water damaged packaging).

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Any other mode of return is prohibited. Refund pay-out 7 to 10 working days.

  • If on the day you receive the phone/item and experience any type of problem/issue you must inform us immediately

  • Any attempt by the customer to upgrade or modify the software will render any warranty or refund void.

  • Any refund may carry a 10% Handling fee.

  • Do not attempt to Flash or modify the stock Rom as this can be detected and will (as above) void any warranty or refund.
